I believe that house is really different from home, it’s kinda weird idea right? But it’s true, coz wherever we live and stay but we’re still longing on the special place where we grown up and this is called home. Though, reality bites… but this is life, things runs so fast and I can’t believe that I already spent my 10 years in Cebu. A place where already become part of my own history in life, a place that molded me to become a man and a better person coz I’m just only 16 when landed here in a small, busy and business center in the south and dubbed as next city to Manila, enough said before I carried by my emotions hehe.
Let’s back to the topic, I’m so happy that once again I saw my father and relatives in the province and experience the life of a simple and happy family. It’s my practice that every year and with God’s help I never failed to visit them, though there is a minor adjustment on the month, coz when I was in college I’ll visit them during our Christmas vacation but since 2005 I started to work and obviously I had a hectic schedules on that long vacation specially on my field of work that overtime will always be fall on holidays and during year end. So, since then I spend my vacation in advance it will be fall on the end of October until the first week of November . Not bad, because that time is also a founding anniversary in our barangay and the day after is the birthday celebration of my beloved father. So, it’s like shooting two birds in one stone hehe, then wait for a few days till All Saints Day and All Souls Day. I guess my 1 week vacation is worth it, though it’s quiet short.
